Business Advisory Services
What do small businesses, large businesses and not-for-profits have in common? They have different needs and different problems but they all need to plan. A business plan is essential for success. Effective planning is probably the single most important factor in the success of our clients' businesses.
Planning process
The business planning process involves analysing the business in its current state, asking our client where they want their business to be headed, setting realistic goals, and providing our client with strategies to reach those goals. Once the strategies are put into practice it is important to review the plan to see if the business is reaching their goals and adjusting the plan for the ever changing environment. Our planning process is aimed at organisations that are seeking to improve operational or financial performance.
Funding, Grants and business incentives review
We can advise on and provide information about the availability of Government funding, grants and incentives to business. Once you have decided to approach government agencies for funding we can help prepare the relevant financial documents and accompanying information to give your organisation to best chance at obtaining the funding you need.
One of our passions is providing high quality service to the Not For Profit sector which is normally over-looked by other accounting firms. We believe the Not-For-Profit sector plays a vital role in Australian society.

Self-managed super funds (SMSFs)
SMSF’s or Do-it-Yourself (DIY) funds offer an environment to save for retirement where clients have control over their investments. However, with control comes responsibility. And with all the tax benefits available to superannuation funds, there is a high level of government regulation. We ensure all regulatory requirements are met so as to ensure that this concessionally taxed structure is not compromised.
